The flavour in these chai spice marshmallows comes from cinnamon, all spice, cardamom, and clove added into the sugar syrup recipe. The end result is a rich chai spice flavour, enhanced by the delicately sweet marshmallow base.
Ideal use: eat them on their own or let them slowly melt in a cup of hot chocolate to flavour your drink. For s'mores applications, toast slowly over a low flame or embers.
