Inspired by a creamy morning cappuccino, this truffle features 2 layers of delicious ganaches. The first layer is a bittersweet espresso ganache made from 70% guanaja dark chocolate. The flavour infusion comes from Arabica espresso beans, steeped in cream to release the bold, nutty flavour notes found in both the chocolate and coffee beans. The second layer is made from a vanilla infused white chocolate ganache, to represent the milky, creaminess of a well-made cappuccino.
