It's March 1st and that means we have another limited edition bonbon flavour for the #ChocolateClub! This month's flavour is Morello Cherry Praliné and is 100% dairy-free/vegan-friendly thanks to Valrhona's Inspiration Chocolate. The outer shell is crafted from Valrhona Amande chocolate - made from almonds, cocoa butter and sugar - making it completely dairy free! This type of couverture is new to the industry and packed with flavour - giving your tastebuds the most unique experience. Inside this bonbon is a layer of Morello Cherry gelée, nestled under a layer of almond praliné. Using a gelée instead of a ganache filling, allows us to capture a more intense fruity flavour without the added fat from cream and chocolate. It's perfectly balanced by the creamy, nutty almond praliné.
