Ecuador 33% & Roasted Corn

Composition: 33% white chocolate ganache with raw cane sugar and toasted corn infusion, coated in 33% white chocolate.

Flavour Notes: Creamy white chocolate notes with subtle caramel sweetness and warm, nutty roasted corn finish.

Peru 38%:

Composition: 38% milk chocolate ganache coated in 36% milk chocolate.

Flavour Notes: Smooth and mellow with soft caramel notes and cocoa undertones.

Ecuador 40%:

Composition: 40% milk chocolate ganache coated in 36% milk chocolate.

Composition: 45% milk chocolate ganache coated in 36% milk chocolate.

Birthday Cake:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell with smooth, white chocolate ganache infused with organic, Madagascar vanilla bean and browned butter. 

Flavour Notes: Smooth, creamy vanilla ganache with subtle floral and nutty flavour notes.

Vanilla Chai:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell with smooth, white chocolate ganache infused with organic, Madagascar vanilla bean, browned butter and our house made chai spice blend. 

Flavour Notes: Warm cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla wrapped in dark chocolate. 

Allergy Notes:  Contains dairy, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, allspice, nutmeg, vanilla bean.

 

Lemon Drop:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell with smooth, white chocolate ganache infused with freshly squeezed lemon juice. 

Flavour Notes: Bright citrus ganache with a creamy, smooth texture and wrapped in dark chocolate.

Strawberry Lemonade: 

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell with smooth, white chocolate ganache infused with freshly squeezed lemon juice and strawberry puree. 

Flavour Notes: Sweet berry meets fresh citrus tang - transformed into a creamy ganache  and wrapped in dark chocolate.

Creme Brulee: 

Composition: 32% caramelized white chocolate shell with a smooth, white chocolate ganache infused with browned butter and organic Madagascar vanilla bean. 

Flavour Notes: Toasted sugar, vanilla custard and silky sweetness with subtle floral notes.

Canadian Maple:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 32% caramelized white chocolate ganache infused with 100% Ontario Maple syrup.

Flavour Notes: Pure Ontario maple syrup with buttery caramel warmth, wrapped in dark chocolate.

Caramel Macchiato:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 32% caramelized white chocolate ganache infused with Arabica Espresso.

Flavour Notes: Bold Arabica Espresso coffee layered with sweet caramel creaminess, wrapped in dark chocolate.

Caramelia Milk:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 36% milk chocolate ganache infused with caramelized sugar.

Flavour Notes: Butterscotch, shortbread and smooth cocoa, wrapped in dark chocolate.

Arabica Espresso:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 70% dark chocolate ganache infused with Arabica Espresso.

Williams Pear:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 70% dark chocolate ganache infused with Williams Pear puree and our house-made chai spice blend.

Raspberry:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 70% dark chocolate ganache infused with Raspberry puree.

Flavour Notes: Bright berry acidity with clean fruit finish and deep cocoa finish.

Mango Passion:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 70% dark chocolate ganache infused with Mango and Passionfruit puree.

Maldon Sea Salt:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth 70% dark chocolate ganache infused with coconut cream, coconut fat and flaky Maldon Sea Salt crystals from England.

Strawberry Caramel:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-free caramel made with 100% Strawberry puree.

Wildflower Honey Caramel:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-free caramel made with coconut cream, wildflower honey and 70% dark chocolate. 

Flavour Notes: A soft caramel with rounded floral honey notes followed by warm caramel depth.

Cassis (Black Currant) Caramel:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-free caramel made with 100% Black Currant puree and coconut fat.

Passionfruit Caramel:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-free caramel made with 100% Passionfruit puree and coconut fat. 

Flavour Notes: Bright tropical acidity softened by caramel sweetness.

Raspberry Mango Caramel:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-free caramel made with 100% Raspberry & Mango puree and coconut fat. 

Flavour Notes: Bright berry and tropical sweetness layered together in a soft caramel. 

Allergy Notes:  Vegan. Dairy-free. Contains raspberry, mango, coconut fat. 

 

Salted Coconut Caramel:

Composition: 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-free caramel made with coconut cream, Maldon Sea Salt flakes, coconut fat and 70% dark chocolate. 

Flavour Notes: Rounded coconut caramel layered with sea salt and finished with deep cocoa notes.

Multi-layered Bonbons:

 

Cinnamon Bun:

Composition: A multi-layer bonbon featuring a 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-based caramel made with cream, browned butter, cinnamon and 70% dark chocolate and finished with a layer of cinnamon infused 40% milk chocolate ganache. 

Flavour Notes: Warm cinnamon spice, brown sugar and creamy sweetness.

Strawberry Cheesecake:

Composition: A multi-layer bonbon featuring a 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, dairy-free strawberry caramel, vanilla bean infused white chocolate ganache and finished with a gluten-free, house-made cookie base, blended with caramelized white chocolate.  

Flavour Notes: Creamy cheesecake sweetness with bright berry finish.

Tiramisu:

Composition: A multi-layer bonbon featuring a 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth, espresso gelee, vanilla bean infused white chocolate ganache and finished with a gluten-free, house-made cookie base, blended with milk chocolate.

Key Lime Pie:

Composition: A multi-layer bonbon featuring a 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a bright lime infused white chocolate ganache and finished with a gluten-free, house-made cookie base, blended with caramelized white chocolate.  

Flavour Notes: Zesty citrus ganache with crunchy cookie base.

Sea Turtle (Salted Caramel Pecan): 

Composition: A multi-layer bonbon featuring a 62% dark chocolate shell filled with a salted coconut caramel and finished with a house-made roasted pecan praline blended with 70% dark chocolate.

Flavour Notes: Soft, coconut caramel with creamy toasted pecan praline and sea salt.

Pistachio Praline:

Composition: Roasted pistachios blended in house with caramelized sugar and organic vanilla beans from Madagascar to create a smooth, roasted nut paste. Hand dipped in 33% white chocolate from Ecuador. 

Flavour Notes: Roasted pistachio with subtle sweetness and vanilla floral notes.

Macadamia Praline:

Composition: Roasted macadamia nuts blended in house with caramelized sugar and organic vanilla beans from Madagascar to create a smooth, roasted nut paste. Hand dipped in 33% white chocolate from Ecuador. 

Flavour Notes: Roasted Macadamia with subtle sweetness and vanilla floral notes.

Almond Bionda:

Composition: Roasted almonds blended in house with caramelized sugar and organic vanilla beans from Madagascar to create a smooth, roasted nut paste. Hand dipped in 36% caramelized white chocolate from Ecuador. 

Flavour Notes: Toasted almond layered with biscuit and butterscotch notes.

Hazelnut Milk Praline:

Composition: Roasted hazelnuts blended in house with caramelized sugar and organic vanilla beans from Madagascar to create a smooth, roasted nut paste. Hand dipped in 40% milk chocolate from Ecuador.
