This month's flavour was inspired by autumn and a classic dessert that's incredibly popular for Thanksgiving. For this reason, our flavour this month is called Pumpkin Pie! It features a pumpkin caramel ganache layer infused with chai spices and topped with a buttery shortbread cookie "crust".
