Q: How long do chocolates last?

A: For the best customer experience possible, we recommend consuming your bonbons within 1 month of purchase. Chocolate bars and confection have a shelf life of 3-12 months. We never use artificial flavours or preservatives in our production which is why we recommend consuming your chocolates and confections as soon as possible. Each item sold in our store is labelled with a "Best By" sticker followed by a date. Please consume the items prior to the month/year date listed on the sticker. 

Q: What's the best way to store my items?

A: Please store chocolates, confections and hot chocolate mix in a cool, dry, dark space away from direct heat or sunlight. This prevents the items from melting or experiencing chocolate bloom. For the best customer experience possible, we recommend consuming your items by the best before date. 

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Please allow 1 business day for our team to prepare and fulfill your order.  We use overnight shipping for all orders from Newmarket, ON. It typically takes 1 business day from the time your order is shipped to when it arrives at your door (for orders within the GTA). For orders outside the GTA and within Ontario, or orders to Manitoba and Quebec, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. For all other orders, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 days.

Please note: Once your order leaves our store, we no longer have control over the delivery. For more information about where your package is, please refer to the information given to you with your tracking number. The courier service will have the most up to date information regarding your package. 

Q: How do you ship during the summer months?

A: Orders shipped from May to October are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs when the weather is above 20 degrees Celsius. This protects your items from the heat and humidity we are fortunate to experience in Canada. Please note that we only ship Tuesday through Thursday of each week to prevent your package from sitting in the courier depot for an extended period of time. 

Q: What does "Pre-Order" mean? When will it ship?

A: Items listed on our menu with the button "Pre-Order" are currently out of stock. This means our team will be restocking this item within the next 7 days. If you have placed an order for one of these items, we will ship it to you along with the rest of the items in your cart as soon as possible. 

Special edition boxes for holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas will have a specific ship date listed on the product page. This means your order will be shipped on this date. 

Chocolate letter boxes are made to order and take our team 1 day to make and fulfill these items. Please refer to the specific product page for details about your pre-order.

Q: How can I get Free Shipping?

A: Free shipping is available on all orders in Canada over $150! You can also collect chocolate points on every order and redeem them for special discounts and free shipping at the checkout.

Q: Do you ship to the United States?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside Canada at this time.

Q: Can I order custom colours and flavours?
