It's February 1st and that means it's time for another limited edition flavour for our biggest chocolate fans! This month we were inspired by winter and "February blues". For this reason, we've chosen a cool colour tones to reflect winter and this month's flavour.
This month's flavour is called "Cool Winter Crunch" and features hues of blue and white coloured cocoa butter. Inside this bar, you'll find a peppermint meltaway made with 35% Valrhona Ivoire White Chocolate and peppermint. The crunch element in this bar comes from house-made dark chocolate sable chunks. These cookie chunks provide a hint of bitterness to tone down the natural milky, sweet flavour notes of the white chocolate.
