To capture the essence and true flavour notes found in this popular holiday treat, we've created our own unique spice blend to create the perfect balance of these warm spices. The ganache centre of this month's flavour features nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, clove, cardamom, vanilla bean and brown sugar - all key ingredients in a traditional gingerbread cookie.
