Gelato Cake Care & Transport
Our gelato cakes are made without stabilizers that prevent melting, which means they are highly temperature-sensitive.
- Keep frozen until serving
- Transport time should not exceed 30–45 minutes without proper insulation
- For longer travel, an insulated cooler with ice packs is required
Please note that Cocoa40 is not responsible for melting or damage once the cake has left our store.
