Each event is fully customizable, from flavour selection to cart decor, ensuring your guests enjoy a one-of-a-kind dessert experience that reflects your vision. Our curated menu features a range of all-natural, artisinal gelati and sorbetti made to delight every palate. With several flavour options to choose from, there are always options for guests with dietary restrictions.

The Menu:

Our gelati and sorbetti are crafted on-site in Newmarket using premium ingredients, - from fresh fruit and pure dairy to flavour infusions from herbs, nuts, spices, and cocoa. The result is a creamy, vibrant collection of flavours that balance classic favourites with innovative seasonal creations.

Our cart features 6 flavours at a time, providing a wide variety of flavours for guests to choose from. Our menu also accommodates several dietary restrictions including options for guests who require soy-free, dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, peanut-free or nut-safe options, we curate a custom selection to suit your event perfectly.

The Dolce & Gabbana Summer Tour:

Over the summer, we partnered with Dolce & Gabbana for their Light Blue Summer Tour, bringing the Cocoa40 gelato cart to three Toronto & York Region locations for six events. The cart was wrapped in Dolce & Gabbana's iconic blue-and-white print, creating a stunning visual centrepiece. Featured flavours included Lemon, Blood Orange, and Grapefruit - chosen to mirror the fragrance's bright citrus notes and Mediterranean essence.

For Sephora Canada and Dolce & Gabbana Product Launch:

We travelled to Sephora Headquarters in Toronto to provide gelato catering for the Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue fragrance launch. To compliment the event's Italian-inspired theme, we offered six flavours: Lemon, Blood Orange, Grapefruit, Caffe del Nonno, Hazelnut and Sicilian Almond. Guests were invited to enjoy two flavours in a branded cups topped with a delicate Italian wafer cookie - an elegant touch that tied into the event's refined atmosphere.

For Curtis & Summer's Backyard Wedding Welcome Party:

To kick off Curtis and Summer's wedding weekend in Beaverton, Ontario, our gelato cart brough a joyful, artisinal touch ton their backyard welcome party. We served four flavours - Classic Chocolate, Tiramisu, Raspberry and Blood Orange - including three gluten-free options and two dairy-free/vegan options so every guest could enjoy a cup.

Summerfest & Canada Day on Main Street:

Each summer, our cart joins the celebrations on Main Street in Newmarket for Summerfest and Canada Day events. We love crafting themed flavours like Great White North, Canada Strong & Free and Mountie Mocha - fun, festive creations that highlight local pride and community spirit while showcasing the creativity behind Cocoa40's artisan gelato.

Want to see us in action?

Come see the gelato cart or gelato bar in action on from 8am to 1pm at the Newmarket Farmers' Market , every Saturday from May 2nd, 2026 to October 31, 2026. For the most up to date information on what flavours we're bringing, please check social media @cocoa40inc where we announce the flavours for the week on Wednesday mornings.

The Gelato Cart Experience will also be in action at Town of Newmarket Events including, Night Market on May 29th, 2026 from 5-10pm at the Newmarket Riverwalk Commons, Canada Day Street Festival on July 1st, 2026 from 10am to 1pm on Main Street in Newmarket, and Summerfest on Main Street in Newmarket - August 20th, 2026 to August 23rd, 2026.
